The Marble Room Wine Dinner Series was proud to present our second ever Molecular Gastronomy Dinner! We featured a twenty-six course tasting menu in our luxurious Vault. For this dinner, we once again unlocked the shackles of creative restriction for our Chefs, and the result was spectacular. This dinner took our guests on a journey from the usual to the magical.
Beer vs. Wine Dinner feat. Sam McNulty of Market Garden Brewery May 22, 2025
The Marble Room Wine Dinner Series was proud to present a special event featuring an eight-ish course tasting menu in the luxurious Vault. The evening was hosted by Market Garden Brewery founder Sam McNulty and Marble Room Wine Director Kevin Kane.
This unique dinner showcased the ultimate culinary pairing throwdown – Beer vs. Wine!
Chef teams from both Market Garden and Marble Room collaborated to create a delicious, multi-course menu. For each course, Sam selected a Market Garden beer and Kevin chose a wine to pair with the dish. The menus were kept secret and were only revealed to Sam and Kevin one week prior to the event. Guests had the opportunity to vote on which pairing they felt best complemented each dish, and by the end of the night, a winner of the culinary smackdown was declared.
Lingua Franca Wine Dinner: APRIL 15, 2025
The Marble Room hosted a seven course tasting menu in our luxurious Vault. Guests enjoyed beautifully crafted wines from Lingua Franca, hosted by Master Sommelier Larry Stone.
Lingua Franca, Stone’s newest label, features an exceptional collection of terroir driven chardonnays and pinot noirs, hailing from Eola-Amity Hills. Stone, one of the nation’s most celebrated winemakers, brings his expertise to Oregon to create wines of the most exceptional quality. Stone and our Chef Team created a menu to pair with these beautiful wines.

This six course tasting menu was served in our luxurious Vault. Guests enjoyed beautifully crafted wines hosted by legendary winemaker Chris Carpenter. Chef Aaron Coon created a menu to pair with offerings from La Jota, Mt Brave, and Candinale.

The Feast: May 15, 2024
The Feast was a night of family-style culinary indulgences in our luxurious Vault. At Marble Room, we believe bigger is better, and our Chefs prepared a menu of epic proportions.
We served family-style whole Peking Duck, Roasted Chicken, Salmon, Lamb Shanks, Tomahawk Steaks, and a whole Suckling Pig! Of course after dinner, guests enjoyed an extravagant display of desserts prepared by our Executive Pastry Chef.
Tickets included dinner, a welcome aperitif, and an after dinner cocktail.

Guests enjoyed beautifully crafted offerings from the Far Niente family of wines for our seventh Wine Dinner. Hosted by Pat Kelly of Far Niente in our Vault, a six-course tasting menu was served to complement offerings from Far Niente, Nickel & Nickle, Dolce, and more.











Pym Rae Wine Dinner: October 25, 2022
Noe Tesseron, owner of Pym Rae Winery and fabled Château Pontet-Canet, hosted this event. Guests enjoyed a six-course tasting menu in our spacious Peacock Room.

This event featured Vintner Lorenzo Trefethen as host and special guest. Guests enjoyed a six-course tasting menu in our elegant Vault to pair with different offerings and expressions from Trefethen Family Vineyards, as well as other fun surprises.
