A must eat in Cleveland! The food is excellent with beautiful dishes. There is something for everyone on the menu. I'm gluten and dairy free. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and gave the most hospitable service. The ambiance is beyond stunning. The inside of the building is reminds me of a building in Europe and the restaurant decor compliments it. Overall a great experience and we can't wait to go back next time we are in Cleveland.
Great place to show off our city when we have out of town visitors. You know you will have amazing service and excellent dining experience.

This was our first time dining at Marble Room and it was incredible. Our waiter Keith was amazing and gave us a tour afterwards of the whole restaurant. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back and already planning to host a few parties in the private rooms.

After living in Manhattan and Chicago, the Marble Room food was quite impressive and the service was perfect. Wow! An unforgettable dining experience. I understand why reservations are so far out. Looking forward to going back.
Dwayne made our birthday celebration for our friend the best one yet. He went above and beyond to provide us with the best service possible. Dwayne knew exactly what foods had gluten (including desserts) and which sushi not to order due to a shellfish allergy. The dinner was topped off with a tour of the vault room and created some memorable pics. Thanks again so much for a wonderful dining experience.

Ambiance to the food and everything in between was amazing. You're in an old school bank that resembles a castle in Europe. The music and ambiance has has a chill but welcoming vibe. Not too stuffy even though it's a 5 star and dollar sign establishment. But there are tons of options for the thrifty spender. Sushi and other great raw foods are options... I went for the Wagyu carpaccio with fresh shaved black truffle. I've eaten carpaccio on three continents, best one I've ever had. Followed up with 30 oysters that you cannot get fresher in the Midwest area let alone Cleveland...
The total experience from start to finish was perfect…From the moment the valets assisted us out of our car, to hostess staff greeting us to the wait staff. The meal was to notice. Setting and atmosphere was gorgeous. This is the 2nd year in a row my husband took me there for my birthday and I asked him if we can make this my birthday meal every year…he even asked to make reservations for next year but couldn’t. We will be back!
Everything was perfect. The food, drinks, atmosphere and service. It’s our favorite place to celebrate special occasions and we definitely will be back. Deborah and Hannah made us feel like beloved guests! They were both helpful, responsive and thoughtful. Of course, the food was delicious. I was a little hesitant to try something new, but I ventured away from my usual filet mignon and tried the scallops--they were delectable! Thank you for a great night!

We plan a trip to Marble Room once a year as a special dinner out, and this year was EXTRA special as we had just gotten engaged earlier in the evening! The reservation was ready as soon as we walked in the door, and our Server, Micah, was with us so quickly. He was attentive, personable, and all in all a joy. We loved our little celebration treats, and as usual, the food was perfect. We will be back every year!

Our server JT was awesome - so was all the wait staff. Very attentive but not too much. JT had a great sense of humor and made the overall experience even better. Which is saying something because our meal was absolutely fantastic. We look forward to coming back!

I had one of the best steaks ever here together with an iceberg salad and cream spinach. The decor and setting are dazzling. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Go there!!

The most incredible restaurant atmosphere and food one can enjoy. Everything about Marbleroom is over the top in the most elegant way. Kevin Kane, the GM, and the whole staff go above and beyond in every detail from the moment you pull up to the restaurant. The perfect place for a special occasion or if you’re in the mood to feel fancy and eat incredible food.
Me and my Besty wanted to treat ourselves for her BIrthday and thought Marble Room would be a great 1st time experience and they didn't disappoint!! The decor is grand and the vibe is palpable! They gave us a central table to gaze over the whole room and peoplewatch. The crowd is diverse as well as the staff. The service was attentive, accommodating, knowledgeable about the menu and genuine!!! We were very satisfied overall and can't wait to come back!! Thank You Staff for a memorable Birthday. We have a French exchange student and I really wanted her to experience the Marble Room while visiting Cleveland. I took her to celebrate her 16th birthday knowing it would be everything I wanted her to experience for such a special occasion. We had an amazing experience from the moment we arrived. Our server Micah and his assistant Colleen were spectacular. The decor is so amazing and the food…well some of the best you will ever experience. Memorable every time!
What a brilliant experience. The service, the location, the venue, the food, the wine... nothing to complain about.... They were serving a special appetizer with Wagyu beef tartare and it was beyond brilliant. For our entrees, we had the filet mignon, rack of lamb, asparagus, and sauteed mushrooms, and everything was spectacular. Our server recommended a perfect dry red wine from South Africa, and I am so saddened to report that it is not available anywhere in California at the moment. Believe me when I tell you I searched hard for it!

Marble Room was simply fantastic. This was my first time in Cleveland and I must say I was blown away. Everyone had a steak except me, I went with the rack of lambs and oh was I blown away. The lamb was cooked just perfectly medium and the broccolini and tomato mixture complimented the lamb wonderfully. As for the sides we tried the cream spinach, corn, and the potato pancake. I must say this was probably some of, if not the best corn I've ever had. That corn bread crumble on top was amazing. I've never had potato pancake out before let alone at a steakhouse and it was very well done executed.
This past Wednesday, my wife and I celebrated our 49th anniversary. We decided to try the Marble Room. We were rewarded. The food was excellent and service even better. Jeff, our server was knowledgeable and personable. We even had a cotton candy anniversary surprise. I know we will dine there again. Kudos!
I came here for a wedding and honestly fell in love with the entire atmosphere, food and service. I have never felt so special anywhere than I did at the marble room. This place is well worth the money and then some.
We had their bread rolls, salad, filet mignon with peas and mashed potatoes, cheesecake and a brownie. The chefs there knew their stuff and the mashed potatoes were so smooth, so flavorful
The restaurant itself has an amazing history behind it too. Not only is it covered in marble but it was an old bank that was converted into this amazing restaurant. They've even kept many of the original bank rooms like the vault. It's hard to even get into the vault without a reservation and they're almost always booked months in advanced. I cannot wait to come back here
What a great dining experience from start to finish. We brought our family here for a celebratory dinner. There were 7 of us and we had requested a table to the side at the time of reservation. We were so pleased with the atmosphere and the service. Our server was a delight. The food was great. The steaks were superb. I recommend the Delmonico. It was soft like butter and had amazing marbling and flavor. After dinner they took us on a tour of the restaurant and rooms for private events. The history of the building is fascinating! I highly recommend Marble Room for a special meal!
Everyone was attentive from the moment we walked in until we left. As usual, the food was delicious and our service was the best. Christine knew just when to be at our table, answered all our questions and gave us great advice on food selection. She did not disappoint and was always very pleasant. In these days of covid, there were not the usual excuses or comments about hard it is to get help or supplies, just an all around wonderful experience. ... Our experience did not surprise us because it was what we always experience when we dine there but what was impressive, is how they went out of their way to accommodate us [for my birthday even though we didn't have a reservation]. We will be making reservations again when we are in town. It once again proved to be our favorite restaurant in Cleveland.
Kevin our server was very personable and took great care of my wife and I. We had the A5 tartar and with no exaggeration, was the best food either of us have ever had. Ever. The wine was delicious and dinner was flawless. Thank you for a great evening!

The food was outstanding and one of the best meals my husband and I have eaten. This was our first visit to the Marble Room and it will not be the last. From the minute we walked in, our experience was nothing short of excellent! From the host wishing us well for our 10th anniversary, to our waiter providing amazing recommendations, we could not have asked for a better night to celebrate. The cotton candy vase was also much appreciated, our compliments to the resident cotton candy twirler 😀

The food was excellent but I’d like to make this review about the staff. The hostess at the front door were so kind and welcoming! Their smiles and warm greetings really started our night off with a bang! The food runners/bussers were very professional and never let a dirt plate/crumb sit in front of us for more than a second! Tim our server was out of this world! You could tell he genuinely enjoyed each menu item that he suggested to us! Butter really is better lol His knowledge and patience is unmatched. Thank you to the kitchen for busting their ass to give us the best Valentine’s Day dinner we have ever had! And Thank you to Kevin for stopping over to make sure our experience was top notch!

From the moment I used the valet service until I left, everything was perfect! We were greeted with enthusiasm, our waiter was exceptional and the surprise dessert was a real treat for our anniversary! This was our first time at the Marble Room and will definitely make it a reoccurring dinner stop (if we can get a reservation).. A perfect date night.
From start to finish...perfection. We were greeted with kindness and courtesy, our servers Jim and Vincent were outstanding - catering to anything we needed, the food - to die for. Literally melted in my mouth- every bite. Absolutely loved and saved the first time visit for a special occasion and it was worth every moment!

You CANNOT match this experience. You can go to every steakhouse that Cleveland has and you will only be disappointed. As soon as you walk through the doors you are greeted warmly. The hostesses are so friendly and nice. And the waiters are top tier, genuinely nice and so accommodating. AND THE FOOD?!?! It's always AMAZING. The vibe is everything there is a live saxophonist playing over smooth R&B and pop hits. You feel good just sitting at your table. The decor the details are all perfect. It is worth every penny. I always leave feeling content. Treat yourself to the marble room, you deserve it.

This was our first time. It was our wedding anniversary. Keith J our server was absolutely AMAZING! His recommendations were spot on! Loved the 15 hour sous vide old fashioned. We will definitely be back again and will rave about the food and service!!

Upon entering, you will be left speechless. The space is impeccably decorated and thought out. The menu is accommodating and the wine list is thorough. But once the food actually arrives on the table, you know you are somewhere truly special.

Beautiful restaurant in a historic setting. Outstanding service - our server Mark must have a PhD in steak! Outstanding food served with perfection and with a relaxed timing. Everyone thought they had the best steak they had ever eaten along with great and plentiful side dishes. We topped it off sharing a wonderful cheesecake. One more thing: crowded but we could easily hear one another at the table and service was timed perfectly. Oh, and comfortable chairs and a roving saxophonist playing nice jazz. Highly recommend a visit to enjoy another perfect dinner out. We will return on our next visit to town.
I come in probably 2-3 times a week. Whether I sit at the bar or at a table I always have a fantastic experience. From the server assistants to the GM I always feel well taken care of. Overall I really enjoyed the experience. The service and ambiance is what really kicked it to a 5 for me. And by Vegas steakhouse standards, the prices were on par with any other steakhouse of the same caliber.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Server (Tim, I think) was a true professional, clearly proud of his job and very knowledgeable. The food was cooked to order and to perfection. Far better than Ruth's, Capital, Morton's. This is my new place when it's time to indulge.
The staff were so warm and welcoming, and made us feel truly special! This was our first time back at a restaurant in person for 14 months and we were nervous. The staff made us feel safe and like they took the precautions seriously. We had a wonderful, unforgettable experience and can't wait to go back!
We came from out of town and knew we had to eat at the Marble Room. The space is so unique! The ambiance was the perfect setting for a romantic dinner for 2. The team took excellent care of us, made great recommendations on food, and provided a 10/10 experience! We will definitely come back the next time we are in town visiting.
Architectually, the Marble Room Steaks and Raw Bar is one of a kind. The opulent historic building is stunning. All our waiters and servers were friendly, polite and helpful. Our cocktails were delicious. Our appetizers and entrees were some of the best food we have ever tasted. And to top off this special occasion we asked for a tour of the impressive downstairs vault. We fortunately were guided by delightful informative Olivia.
All in all this was a special occasion.
